Waitrose Mince Pie Ice Cream

For an extra special twist this Christmas, why not try the brand new Waitrose Mince Pie Ice Cream (500ml £3.29). Made with West country milk and cream, with sweet crumbly pastry pieces, and deliciously fruity mincemeat, it’s the perfect dessert for Christmas day.                                                                             

Smoked Salmon

An exciting new addition to our smoked salmon range, the Balvenie Whisky Infused Traditional Smoked Salmon (200g £5.99) is a complete and utter festive treat. Available in selected stores for Christmas.

Loco about Cocoa

Willie Harcourt-Cooze is back, and this time his amazing chocolate concoctions can be enjoyed straight out of the wrapper! To add to his range of stunning pure cacao bars, foundin the baking aisle at Waitrose, these new chocolate bars exemplify their creator’s pure passion for all things cocoa!

Indonesian 69 Javan Light Breaking (80g £2.99)
Sourced from the Island of Java, these bars are made from a highly prized strain of cacao, with soft caramel notes. Minimun 69% cocoa solids.

Peruvian 70 San Martin (80g £2.99)
The beans in this fruity number are sourced from the Departamento de San Martin in Northern Peru in the foothills of the Andes in the lush Amazonian rainforests. The Peruvian 70 packs a chocolate punch with tropical fruit flavour notes.

Venezuelan 72 Hacienda Las Trincheras (80g £2.99)

Made with a minimum of 72% cocoa solids, these exceptional beans produce a bar with smooth nutty notes.

Venezuelan 72 Rio Caribe Superior (80g £2.99) The beans in this bar are sourced from the north eastern side of Venezuela, and take their name from the small fishing port of Rio Caribe on the Paria Peninsula which is sometimes called the 'chocolate coast’. The beans from this region are packed with smooth fruity notes and a well balanced chocolate flavour.

In Season Now– Chestnuts

Cold evenings call for drawing the curtains and snuggling up with comfort food - and there’s nothing like the smell of roasting chestnuts to make you feel that all’s right with the world. You’ll find fresh chestnuts on our shelves right now. To cook them, split the skins to prevent them from bursting, then roast at 200 degrees celcius, gas mark 6 for 10 minutes. Peel while still warm.

Treat the family with these new frozen fruit pies, or stash in the freezer for an impromptu pud over the Christmas holidays.
